Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within
5 days of receipt in its original, unopened condition, with
the invoice included in the package.
If the package has been opened, due to health and safetly issues,
we cannot accept returns. The item would be considered contaminated
and may not be re-sold if it has been opened and/or used. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable, unless the error is
ours. No returns on international orders, custom orders, essential
oils or specialty blends. There will be a $5 restocking fee applied
to ALL returns.

Some of our herbs are rather expensive. It is important for
our customers to understand that it is the
consumers responsibility to research the safety of each herbal
product, It is the consumers responsibility to make certain
they can take certain herbal products and eliminate any posibility
of allergies/ or adverse reactions prior to purchase. Olive's
Oils & Herbs
can offer no medical advice, accepts no liability, disclaims
all responsibility for adverse reactions, and offers no refunds
under these circumstances. We do expect you have done your own
research.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive a package that is damaged, please notify the carrier
immediately. We cannot file the damage claim for you, but
we will help you any way that we can on US mail or truck shipments.
On all UPS shipments the shipper MUST file the claim. All packages
shipped by UPS and most other carriers are insured, however
the claim must be filed as soon as the shipment is received.

available in 1 lb and 1/2 lb packages. Other quantities may be available on
request.

We offer a 10% discount on all order of 5 lbs or more of
the same herb. Please email for more information.
*Herb Capsules are sold in sealed bottles of 250
each
A Note About
Shipping:
We ship using UPS Ground delivery service. UPS generally charges
between $9-$10 (with rural areas at the higher end) for up to
the first pound. (PLEASE NOTE: UPS rounds the weight of the package
up to the nearest pound.) UPS then charges a greatly reduced
rate for each additional pound. For many locations, UPS will
deliver up to 6 lbs. for under $11.
Because UPS charges a minimum of one full pound for shipping, even if your order is less than 1 lb, we do offer USPS Shipping for orders under 2lbs.
