This product is heavy on the insoluble fiber and light on the soluble. You need 25 to thirty grams of fiber daily with 7 grams of that soluble. This product if fine but I would supplement with a little more soluble. Have you tried the soluble fiber in benefiber or citrucil. The clear mixing fibers are guar gum perhaps you can tolerate this.
