Beauty Care Soaps made From Greek Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil has a low smoke point (295 F). Pommace olive oil is the best for sauteing. If all you have is extra virgin olive oil I would say not to use it. It will burn.

I would actually recommend olive oil above all else. It adds a certain zing to everything.

Beauty Care Soaps made From Greek Olive Oil

Olive oil is BEAUTIFUL for cooking with, especially sauteeing onions, garlic, ginger…things like this. It adds a fabulous flavour. And if you take it one step further, olive oil is great when caramelizing onions if you want to cook them more.
I cook with it all the time.

Yes that would be just fine and much more tastier! Just not for baking though.

Yes you may, at long as flavor is not a factor.
Or if you the taste of olive oil is ok for you and those eating. olive oil will give you additional flavors. If not try light olive oil.
