A problem with my fish and frying?

This was taken from an article, but left out valuable information. “With both olive oil and fish, stay away from frying. Frying with olive oil will damage the omega-3s and deprive you of their health benefits. So will the frying of fish—even fish that contain omega-3s.” So what oil am I suppose to use ? And should I bake my fish ?

    Olives Oils in Healthy Nutrition

    You can use canola or veggie oil, even corn oil. Olive oil has a high smoking point which is why it’s not recommended. But baking is always healthier.
